In my practice as a criminal defense attorney I used MAP to find and interview potential witnesses, view and photograph scenes and other relevant sites, review cases, and other related services. Intelligent, empathetic, faster than a speeding bullet, among the best for your needs, located in the middle of Massachusetts but often he will come to you. If you’re a single child, he probably won’t find you a sibling but he’s great at fleshing out a family tree.

I am a very busy attorney specializing in criminal defense. I have worked exclusively with MAP investigations for over 10 years. I use MAP investigators exclusively on almost every single case I have. A successful criminal defense is usually predicated on a solid, competent, and thorough investigation. MAP has handled thousands of investigations for me over the years. There is simply no finer investigation firm out there. I could not even count the number of times that MAP Investigations has been responsible breaking open a case or for creating a extremely strong defense in my client’s behalf. I use them on every single case that requires investigation (and that’s almost every case I have).
The investigators are extremely professional, intelligent, efficient, productive, expeditious, effective and competent. Honestly I rely on MAP investigations so much, I don’t think I could effectively do my job without them.
The owner of MAP investigations is hands down, in my opinion, having done this for 25 years, the best investigator in the state. He runs a very effective and efficient PI practice. If you are in need of a private investigator or an investigation firm… in my opinion you would be an absolute fool not to hire MAP INVESTIGATIONS.

Being Accused of a crime that you didn’t commit is one of the most vulnerable helpless feelings in the world. The second I met Paul all those feelings seem to disappear. The attentiveness and Respect I felt throughout the whole process while being Represented by MAPS couldn’t have been a better experience. MAP Investigations is wonderful! I had a very unpleasant situation that I had no idea how to deal with. I called MAP and had a return call within the hour. I wasn’t rushed while explaining my situation and I felt like MAP genuinely cared. Was called and asked for statement. I waited around for Paul for two hours. He was in my hometown which is 40 minutes away from his office and didn’t even bother calling to see if I still lived there he seemed very surprised that I didn’t live in Athol like it was his purpose for being there. Then said he would call when he was going back to Amherst seeing how he was going to be coming thru Amherst before Northampton. Didn’t get a call just a text asking to meet for a statement. I think a private investigator texting for you to meet up with them is very unprofessional especially when it has to do with court cases that decide someone’s future. I feel like I was misled and this man makes me uneasy and feel like he would do any and everything legal or not to get the information he needs. Also instead of getting real testimonies spoken to him from customers he went and pulled them from google yes pull some of your reviews from the Internet but actually call people when they’re in front of you! Anyone can copy and paste!
